I found Tony via an internet search for Bristol area and he was really swift to respond to emails and texts. Setting up dates, meeting and access was incredibly easy and he arrived on time as promised. The comprehensive, written report arrived within 5 working days and Tony was happy to discuss a few property queries with us before we went ahead with the purchase. However, about a year later, what was particularly impressive was that we had a problem with another property and I rang and left a voicemail for Tony to see if he might give some professional advice. Given that this was/is during the busy Stamp Duty period and he is flat out surveying dawn to dusk, I was staggered that he rang back the same day to help guide me through the problem. He even came on his day off, at short notice, to look at the property and took photos and advised. He has not charged me for this which I believe is indicative of how much he cares for, and looks after his clients – it is not all about the money.
